Approved Motions:
October minutes corrected to include Terry Pickett as being present. Motion to approve the October minutes as corrected by Sherri Koelbel and seconded by Peggy Furgason. Approved unanimously.
Motion to approve housing allowance for Pastor Ruth Ann Loughry by Andy Gift. Seconded by Karen Witt. Approved unanimously.
Motion to approve additional brokerage account with A.G. Financial Services. Inc. by Don Abram. Seconded by Heather Kekstadt. Approved unanimously. Andy Gift abstained from the vote.
Action Items:
The annual Council workshop will be held on Saturday, January 16, 2010.
Pastor Ron requested discussion and guidance regarding the Clergy Report.
Maren Dierks to provide information for the December meeting regarding the request to provide housing facilities for the Interfaith Hospitality Network (IHN) program starting in January 2010. Karen Witt will work with Maren to understand the Cherry Hills Village municipal code.
