Luther College Symphony Orchestra
On March 23rd the LCSO will be presenting a concert at Bethany, and we are providing host families for students. Thanks to those who have responded! But we still need accomdation for (52) students!
Below is the general information regarding LCSO’s visit. If you are able to assist, please contact Forrest Guittar right away.
Tuesday, March 23rd
- Orchestra arrives 3pm; on-site dinner 5:30pm
- 7:30pm – Concert ($15.00 tickets,$10.00 seniors $8.00 student)
- Need 2-4 people to help with ticket sales
- Post-Concert: Overnight Host families meet students; students and host families disperse to homes
Wednesday, March 24th
- Host families provide breakfast
- host families bring students back to Bethany by 9am

- we are looking to house approximately 84 students total
- host families can host as many students as desired – in multiples of (2)
