Adult Learning
And this is my prayer: that your love may abound more and more in knowledge and depth of insight, so that you may be able to discern what is best and may be pure and blameless until the day of Christ.
(Phillippians 1:9-10)
The core curriculum for adult faith formation at Bethany includes three building blocks: Bible Book of Faith to gain a basic understanding of the Word of God, Lutheranism 101 to understand what it means to be Lutheran and Spiritual Gifts Inventory to discern one’s spiritual gifts. We encourage all Bethany members to participate in all three of these experiences as a way to understand the basics of the faith and to continue on your baptismal journey of being a faith former. A variety of other classes are also offered at various times throughout the year. Please review the information below to find a class that fits your area of need/interest.
Bible Book of Faith
We here at Bethany have been embarking on the journey of becoming more intimate with our scriptures. The first foundational piece for living out your Discipleship is a fluency of scripture. We encourage everyone to participate in Disciple Bible Study, a year-long survey of the Bible and an awesome community builder. We also offeradditional short termopportunities to get to know your Bible that are always changing. Check it out!

Spiritual Gifts Inventory
