Admin & Facility Groups
With the size of our facility, there is a steady stream of maintenance and facility improvement issues for the Facilities Team to address. This dedicated team meets on the second Tuesday of each month to review the issues, develop plans and make decisions.

The Garden & Grounds Group is charged with oversight of green and growing materials of Bethany’s campus both inside and outside the building. This group meets to plant, prune, weed, rake, sweep, etc. – typically in the spring and the fall and a few times in between as necessary. Occasionally there will be a special project for this group to address as well, such as the landscape plan for the island at the north entrance to the church. If you have a green thumb and you like to work with fun people, please join us!

The Hospitality Center (or Welcome Desk) is located in the narthex to provide members and visitors with information, answers to questions, directions, etc. If your gifts are hospitality and organization, please contact Sarah to find out more about volunteering on Sundays or for special events/services.

Volunteering in the church is a great way to learn about Bethany and meet a lot of people.
